Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT is announcing lane
restrictions on Route 1005 (North Mill Street, Highland Avenue) in the City of
New Castle, Lawrence County will begin Friday, July 19 weather permitting.
Single-lane
alternating traffic and traffic shifts will occur between the intersection of
North Mill Street and East Falls Street and the Highland Avenue and Park Avenue
intersection. Work will occur weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through the end of
July. Crews from JMT, Navarro and Wright, and All Ways Safe will conduct
utility designation work.

when traveling through the corridor.
