King of Prussia PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that various construction activities are scheduled next week on several state highways in Chester and Delaware counties.
The work schedules and locations are:
Chester County
- Tuesday, March 21, through Friday, March 31, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled on St. Peters Road between Harmonyville Road and Wells Road in North Coventry and Warwick townships for pipe replacement;
- Tuesday, March 21, through Friday, March 31, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled on Hopewell Road between Harmonyville Road and Keim Road in Warwick Township for pipe replacement; and
- Tuesday, March 21, through Friday, April 7, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled on St. Peters Road between Harmonyville Road and School Road in Warwick Township for pipe replacement.
Delaware County
- Monday, March 20, through Friday, March 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure is scheduled on U.S. 13 (9th Street) between Morton Avenue and the Delaware State line in Trainer and Marcus Hook boroughs and the City of Chester, for milling; and
- Monday, March 20, through Friday, March 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure is scheduled on U.S. 13 (9th Street) between Baker Street and Highland Avenue in Trainer Borough and the City of Chester, for milling.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
