Route 441 (Water Street) Bridge in Manor Township, Lancaster County, is Open to Traffic


​Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that the Route 441 (Water Street) bridge spanning Shumans Run between Manor Street and Conestoga Street in Manor Township, Lancaster County, is now open to traffic. 

The bridge was closed in April for replacement. Detours associated with the closure have been lifted.

JVI Group, Inc., is the contractor on this $1,657,024 project. 

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.​ 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following local alerts on X. ​
