King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that construction activities are planned next week on several state highways in Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery counties, under a $14.9 million project to improve stormwater management and facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.

Dunmore, PA – There is a lane restriction on Interstate 81 southbound beginning at mile marker 173 in Dupont due to tractor-trailer fuel spill. The estimated time of reopening is 12:00 PM.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced that a multi-location project to improve roadway safety will begin Monday December 4, 2023, with traffic signal upgrades on Route 56 in Windber, Somerset County, at both the intersection of Route 160 and the intersection of 24th Street.

Construction continues on the Southern Section of the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation (CSVT) project in Snyder County. Beginning Wednesday, December 6, 2023, Fisher Road will be closed between the intersections with Route 1017 (Park Road) in Monroe Township, Snyder County, while the contractor, Trumbull Corporation, starts excavation work to realign Fisher Road. Local residents will maintain access, but through traffic will be prohibited.

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that construction will occur at night next week on Interstate 76 (Schuylkill Expressway) under a $36.8 million project to resurface and repair nearly five miles of the interstate, the associated on-and-off ramps, and 23 bridges in Philadelphia.
