PennDOT District 11 is announcing inspection activities on the McKeesport-Duquesne Bridge, which carries Route 2114 over the Monongahela River in the cities of McKeesport and Duquesne, Allegheny County will occur Wednesday through Friday, July 24-26 weather permitting.

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that construction continues on a $2.2 million project to repair the existing roadway embankment erosion on eastbound U.S. 322 (West Chester Bypass) between the Penn Drive overpass and Phoenixville Pike in West Goshen Township, Chester County.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced plans to conduct an open house and plans display to inform the public about its Route 4011 Bridge Project in Bradford. The meeting will occur Wednesday, August 7, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Bradford Township Fire Department, 368 Interstate Parkway, Bradford.

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that a portion of Route 2018 (Kirby Garards Fort Road) is scheduled to close Monday, July 29, between Rocky Ridge Road and Route 2011 (Garards Fort Road) in Whiteley Township, Greene County.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced it will change the traffic pattern at the site of its Interstate 80 bridge replacements project between mile markers 165 and 166 in Centre County on Friday, July 26. This project consists of roadway improvements to improve the ride quality of Interstate 80, Route 1010 (Huber Ridge Road) and Sand Ridge Road while also replacing the four bridges spanning Huber Ridge and Sand Ridge roads to improve their overall condition rating.

PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway restrictions on Franklin Road (Route 4061) and Freeport Road (Route 4054) in Pine Township, Allegheny County will begin on Tuesday, July 23 weather permitting.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) alerted motorists that traffic will be directed to a temporary roadway at the site of a bridge replacement project on Route 504 (Black Moshannon Road) in Rush Township, Centre County, beginning Monday, July 29. This project will improve safety and ride quality for motorists by improving the overall condition rating of the structure from poor to good.

Motorists are advised that the bridge preservation project continues on the Watsontown River Bridge, which carries Route 1010 / Route 1014 (Brimmer Avenue) over the West Branch Susquehanna River in Union and Northumberland counties.
