Short-Term Closure on Route 62 Rescheduled for Next Week

The closure of the bridge that carries of Route 62 over Lenhart Run in Pleasant Township, Warren County has been rescheduled for next week.

The roadway was to be closed last weekend, but the closure was delayed due to equipment related issues.

The rescheduled closure is expected to be in place on September 9 and September 10, 2023. One lane of the bridge is expected to be reopened on the morning of September 11, 2023, with traffic controlled by a temporary signal.

A car detour will be posted using Route 62, Route 127, Tidioute Creek Road (Route 3009), Route 27, and Route 6, A truck detour will be posted using Route 62, Route 36, Route 27, and Route 6.

Another weekend detour is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, September 30, 2023, and Sunday, October 1, 2023.
