Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is
announcing the closure of the northbound Washington Boulevard (Route 8) ramp to
the Highland Park Bridge in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur
Thursday night, April 20 weather permitting.
The ramp that carries
traffic from northbound Washington Boulevard (Route 8) to the Highland Park
Bridge will close to traffic from 8 p.m. Thursday night through 4 a.m. Friday
morning as PennDOT crews conduct deck patching and barrier repair work. Traffic
will be detoured.

Follow Butler Street to the 62nd Street Bridge
Turn right onto the 62nd Street Bridge
Take the ramp toward Sharpsburg
(to Route 28)
At the stop sign, turn right
toward Sharpsburg
Turn right onto North Main
Street
Follow North Main Street back
to the Highland Park Bridge
