Project Overview


US 209 at PA 115 intersection widening and realignment in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

The project area, which is located in the village of Brodheadsville, begins on US 209 at Fawn Valley Drive to approximately 900 feet past Erin Lane and on PA 115 from approximately US 209 to approximately 800 feet past Countryside Drive.

Construction of roundabouts at the US 209/PA 115 intersection and the US 209/Pleasant Valley Lane intersection, a new traffic signal at US 209 and Pilgrim Way/Pleasant Valley Middle School Drive, pedestrian accommodations, retaining wall, pedestrian lighting system and other miscellaneous construction.

The road project will also include the widening of both US 209 and PA 115 from two to four lanes around the Pleasant Valley School District campus.
