The existing bridge is a single-span concrete encased steel I-beam bridge carrying Black Rock Road over Crossmans Run. The project involves the replacement of the existing structure with a single-span precast reinforced concrete box culvert. The project also includes the replacement of the guide rail, signing, and pavement markings. All traffic will be detoured during construction.
