Philadelphia, PA -- The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that pavement marking installation will close the ramp from Cottman Avenue to southbound Interstate 95 in Northeast Philadelphia next week. The new ramp was opened to traffic on Tuesday, July 2, substantially completing the third and final contract (Section CP3) to reconstruct the Cottman Avenue Interchange and widen I-95 to four continuous lanes between Rhawn and Levick streets.
