PA Turnpike Bridge Construction Scheduled on I-95 in Bristol Township

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that bridge construction is scheduled on Interstate 95 in Bristol Township, Bucks County, beginning Sunday, March 24.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
  • Sunday, March 24, through Sunday, June 2, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure is scheduled Sundays through Fridays on I-95 in both directions between U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) and Oxford Valley Road. Work hours also include Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM Sundays in April and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 11:00 AM Sundays in May.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles, including color-coded winter conditions, by visiting 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
