Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing the continuation of a resurfacing project that began in 2023 on Wayne Avenue in White Township and Indiana Borough, Indiana County.

Resurfacing will be completed on North 4th Street (Route 4005) from Philadelphia Street to Greenview Drive April 23 through May 10, 2024, 6 PM to 6 AM. 

Traffic will be restricted to a single lane with flaggers in each direction for evening work in this phase of work.

​The $11.9 million project is estimated to be completed in October 2024 by contractor, HRI, Inc. of State College.
