Route 3018 Behm Road Bridge Replacement Begins Next Week in Greene County

Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that a portion of Route 3018 (Behm Road) is scheduled to close beginning next week between Route 3001 (Aleppo Road) and Chess Hill Road in Aleppo Township, Greene County.  

The closure is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 25 and continue through late June depending on weather and operations. 

A posted detour will be in place utilizing Route 3018 (Behm Road), Route 3005 (Long Run Road), Route 3022 (Bristoria Road), Route 21 (Roy Furman Highway) and Route 3001 (Aleppo Road). 

PennDOT Greene County Department Force Bridge Crew will be performing slide repairs and replacing the existing bridge with a precast concrete box culvert. The $600,000 infrastructure improvement project will also include approach roadway widening, repaving, intersection improvement, and guiderail replacement.
