Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is advising motorists that Route 40 is currently closed in both directions between the intersection of Route 381 (Elliotsville Road/Farmington Ohiopyle Road) and the intersection of Dinner Bell 5 Forks Road and Dinner Bell Ohiopyle Road in Wharton Township, Fayette County due to a crash.  

Motorists should seek alternate routes.
