​Route 130 Harrison Avenue Pipe Replacement Begins Next Week in Westmoreland County

Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that Route 130 (Harrison Avenue) between 14th Street and Burrell Hill Road is scheduled to close Friday, April 12 in the City of Jeannette, Westmoreland County.

The closure is anticipated through late June depending on weather and operations.

A posted detour will be in place as follows:

​Westbound Route 130 (Harrison Avenue)

  • Right onto Route 4003 (Oxford Park Road).
  • Left onto Route 66B (Business Route 66 Road).
  • Left onto Route 993 (Bushy Run Road).
  • Left or right onto Route 130 (Harrison Avenue).

Eastbound Route 130 (Harrison Avenue)

  • Left onto Route 993 (Bushy Run Road).
  • Right onto Route 66B (Business Route 66 Road).
  • Right onto Route 4003 (Oxford Park Road).
  • Right or left onto Route 130 (Harrison Avenue).

PennDOT Westmoreland County Slide Crew will be replacing a 60-inch corrugated metal pipe with a 60-inch concrete pipe.

Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
