Restriction: Interstate 81 north will be closed while a bridge beam is removed from the I-81 north bridge over PA 443. I-81 north traffic will be directed to exit and re-enter the highway at Exit 100 (PA 443). Expect delays and please use caution driving through the area.
The I-81 north shoulder will be closed on the bridge until further notice.

The bridge beam was damaged when it was struck by a vehicle on November 1, 2023. A new beam is anticipated to be installed in the spring of 2024.
