St. Joseph’s University Pedestrian Bridge Construction Scheduled on U.S. 1 (City Avenue) in Philadelphia

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that A.P. Construction, Inc. will continue bridge construction of the St. Joseph’s University pedestrian bridge on U.S. 1 (City Avenue) in Philadelphia beginning Saturday, October 7.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
  • Saturday, October 7, through Saturday, October 14, a 24/7 lane closure is scheduled on northbound U.S. 1 (City Avenue) between Cardinal Avenue and Lapsley Lane. 
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
