Lombard Circle Ramp to I-95 North to Close Wednesday For Three Weeks in Center City Philadelphia

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that the Lombard Circle ramp to northbound Interstate 95 will close for three weeks beginning on Wednesday, January 10, for construction on the $329 million I-95/CAP project to replace and improve the existing covered section of I-95 and improve multi-modal connections between Center City and the Delaware River waterfront.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
