Due to forecasted inclement weather the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has postponed the plan to close Route 3007 (D-Street) between Route 56 and Route 271 for mechanical pavement patching until Monday, May 13, 2024. The project had been scheduled to begin Wednesday, May 8, 2024, in Lower Yoder Township, Cambria County.​

When work does start, traffic will follow a 6.4-mile detour using Route 3005 (St. Clair Road) to Route 3007 (Goucher Street) to T-358 (Esterville Road). Esterville Road will be open to local traffic, but not truck traffic for the duration of the project, which is expected to be completed in two days. The work is weather-dependent.
