Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that a resurfacing and drainage improvement project is set to begin next week on Route 118 between Cemetery Road (T-682) and Dark Hollow Road (T-800) in Franklin Township, Lycoming County.

On Thursday, June 1, 2023, the contractor, Don E.
