Bridge Wing Wall Repair Planned on Route 341 at Route 743 in Conewago Township, Dauphin County

Route 341 to be closed on east side of Route 743

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a PennDOT maintenance crew in Dauphin County is scheduled to close Route 341 (Colebrook Road) at Route 743 (Old Hershey Road) in Conewago Township for a bridge wing wall repair project.

Weather permitting, work will begin at 7:00 AM Monday March 6, and be completed by 3:00 PM Friday, March 31. Route 341 will be closed on the east side of the intersection with Route 743 during that time. 

A long-term detour will be in place.

Motorists traveling east on Route 341 from west of the closure should take Route 743 north, turn right onto Schoolhouse Road, continue straight onto Cedar Road, then turn right turn onto Bachmanville Road (Route 2011) and head south to Route 341.

Motorists traveling west from east of the closure should take Bachmanville Road north, turn left onto Cedar Road, continue straight onto Schoolhouse Road, then turn left onto Route 743 and proceed south to Route 341.

An update will be issued when this work is complete.
