Rolling Stops Next Week on I-83 in York County

Rolling stops for blasting Monday through Friday between Exit 24 and Exit 28 

Harrisburg, PA – Motorists in York County are advised there will be rolling stops Monday through Friday next week on Interstate 83 between Exit 24 and Exit 28 so a contractor can perform blasting at a nearby business development.

Weather permitting, there will be a single rolling stop of up to 10 minutes in each direction of I-83 between 12 noon and 2:00 PM Monday, November 6, through Friday, November 11, from Exit 24 (Emigsville/Route 238) to Exit 28 (Route 297/Zions View/Strinestown).

Motorists should be alert and watch for stopped or slow-moving vehicles.
