Pipe Replacement Project to Begin on Donnerville Road (Route 3031) in Manor Township, Lancaster County

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a PennDOT maintenance crew in Lancaster County is schedule to replace multiple pipes on Donnerville Road (Route 3031) in Manor Township. Due to the locations of the pipes., there will be multiple detours for this work.

Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, April 15, and be completed by Saturday, June 28. A total of five pipes will be replaced. 

The first two pipes are located between Route 999 (Blue Rock Road) and Charlestown Road. This work will be performed from Monday, April 15, to Friday, May 3, weather permitting. The detour for this phase of the project will use Charlestown Road, Central Manor Road and Route 999 (Blue Rock Road).

The next two pipes to be replaced are located between Charlestown Road and Habecker Church Road. This work will be performed from Monday, May 13, to Friday, May 31, weather permitting. A detour for this phase of the project will use Habecker Church Road, South Forrey Road, and Charlestown Road.

The last pipe is located between Habecker Church Road and Weaver Road. This work will be performed from Monday, June 10, to Friday, June 28, weather permitting A detour for this phase of the project will use Weaver Road, Cornerstone Road, South Centerville Road and Charlestown Road.

Access will be maintained to residences in the closure areas.
