​Clearfield, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) alerted drivers that Interstate 99 northbound is closed between exit 52/Bald Eagle-Philipsburg and exit 61/Port Matilda-Philipsburg due to a commercial vehicle rollover. 

Traffic is being directed off the interstate at exit 52 and will follow Route 3040 (Old Route 220) to reconnect with Interstate 99 at Port Matilda. 

PennDOT anticipates this closure being in place until approximately 11:00 AM.
