PennDOT to Close Route 322 Bridge for Emergency Repairs

04/23/2024

Clearfield, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced plans for a one-day closure of a Route 322 bridge spanning Route 45 in Harris Township, Centre County, starting Thursday, April 25. This closure will impact eastbound traffic only and will allow county maintenance forces to complete emergency deck repairs that will improve safety and ride quality for motorists.

During the closure, eastbound traffic heading away from State College will exit Route 322 at the Old Fort interchange and follow a detour using Route 45 and Boal Avenue to reconnect with Route 322.

PennDOT Centre County Maintenance forces will complete this work between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. All work is weather dependent.
