There will be lane restrictions on Route 309  from Hillside Road to the Route 1050 (Birch Grove) bridge in Kingston Township, Luzerne County, Tuesday, October 15, Friday, October 25, and Monday, October 28 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for a bridge replacement project on Route 1050 and the continuing traffic signal projects.
